3. Control your voyage in Voyage Manager. It is essential.

3.1. Terms of Voyage Manager

3.1.1. Port Name
Once Departure Time is determined, Port Name turns blue (On the way "From –To")
Once Arrival Time is determined, only applied Port Name turns blue (Arrived at the Port).

3.1.2 ETA Options
When creating Voyage, ETA is calculated with CP speed
Based on calculation of Arrival – Departure, past route is explainable.
Current proceeding route is calculated with current speed, but the next route is calculated with CP.
If current speed is "0"(zero), ETA is also "0" and "unknown".
If current speed is "0", the port at Arrival & Departure Time is unknown. Arrival & Departure Time for the next route is shown as it's already calculated.
Based on current route's ETA options, you are able to get calculated numbers in terms of current proceeding voyage.
ETA option's default is Current.

3.1.3 Port (Idle/Work)
Once Arrival, Departure Time are determined, Port(Idle) is not able to revise. Cell color turns yellow.
Once Departure Time is determined, devide the number of the difference between (Departure – Arrival) & (Idle + Work) by 2 and then, add each one separately to Idle and Work.
When Departure Time is determined, Port(Idle) is not able to revise, but Port(Work) is able to revise.
When Port(Work) needs to be revised, input the rest of the difference from (Departure – Arrival) into Port(Idle) either by subtracting or adding.
If Arrival Time in the first row is not filled, it shows a blank.

3.1.4 Arrival Time / Departure Time Input
When you input Arrival Time for current proceeding voyage, input "Arr. ROB FO/DO" in calendar.
When you input previous port's arrival time, do not input "Arrival. ROB FO/DO" and you can revise it manually.
When you input Departure Time of current proceeding voyage, input "Dep. ROB FO/DO" in calendar.
When you input previous port's Departure Time, do not input "Dep. ROB FO/DO" and you can revise it manually.
From the next port, automatically calculated numbers can be input, but impossible to revise.

3.1.5 Consumption
When you input Current Route's Arrival/Departure Time, input FO/DO together and available to input manually about the previous routes.
From the next port, automatically calculated numbers are input and impossible to revise.
After inputting Bunkering, calculate total FO/DO consumption.
If Arrival Time is already input, Bunkering is able to input manually.
Calculation -> Arr. ROB FO/DO - Dep. ROB FO/DO + Bunkering FO/DO

3.2. This is NVM Manager, now we will explain by dividing it into 3parts.

You can select between Great Circle Line and Rhumbline points.

Speed
CP Ballast: Charter Party speed as Ballast
CP Laden: Charter Party speed as Laden
Current: Current operation speed
ETA Options – CP: ETA value is calculated by Charter party base
Current: ETA value is calculated by current operation speed
Captain ETA: ETA value is calculated by Captain Reporter
Day: Terms of time are shown as daily base
Hours: Terms of time are shown as hourly base

Bunker Consumption
FO(Ballast/Loaden): Fuel Oil Consumption as Ballast/Loaden
DO(Sea): Diesel Oil Consumption as operating at Sea
LSFO(Ballast/Loaden): Low Sulfur FO Consumption as Ballast/Loaden in (S)ECA
LSDO(Sea):Low Sulfur DO Consumption as operating at Sea in (S)ECA
FO(Idle/Work): Fuel Oil Consumption as Idle/Work at port
DO(Idle/Work): Diesel Oil Consumption as Idle/Work at port
LSFO(Idle/Work): Low Sulfur FO Consumption as Idle/Work at port
LSDO(Idle/Work): Low Sulfur DO Consumption as Idle/Work at port

: You can check the current ROB of your voyage.

If clicking it, the data window will pop up as below.

ROB: If you select ROB, the NVM Manager will show ROB for bunker data.
Cons.: If you select Cons, the NVM Manager will show Consumption for bunker data.

3.2.2 Part2 – Voyage Statue notice

Referring to above sample, "Puerto Cabello [in Port]" means the vessel is in Puerto Cabello.
If the vessels departures from Puerto Cabello and goes to the next port, you should declare "Departure" by clicking "Departure"

  Please refer to the sample picture below. You can see this icon at Rotterdam and Siri.
  Then you'll know Rotterdam and Siri are the ports within (S)ECA.

3.2.3 Part3- Port List, Distance, Sea, Port, Time and Bunker consumption etc.

Port List – Port rotation, Working type, Number of ports in voyage
No: You can check a number of ports, up to 20ports are available at 1 voyage
Type: Type of work at port such as Loading, Discharging, Bunkering & Passing etc.
Port Name or Coordinates: You can input port name or coordinates here.

Distance – TTL: Total Distance
(S)ECA: Distance within (Sulfur) Emission Control Area
Sea – The time required to operate at sea
Port – Idle: Time of Idle
Work: Time of work
Time – Arrival: Arrival time at port
Departure: Departure time at port
Arr. ROB – FO: FO Quantity remained at port as arrival
 DO: DO Quantity remained at port as arrival
 LSFO: Low Sulfur FO Quantity remained at port as arrival
 LSDO: Low Sulfur DO Quantity remained at port as arrival
Dep.ROB – FO: FO Quantity at port as Departure
DO: DO Quantity at port as Departure
LSFO: Low Sulfur FO at port as Departure

Bunkering – FO: Supplied quantity of FO
DO: Supplied quantity of DO

Get Distance: You can get Voyage distance.
Pre. Step: Move to the previous port or step.
You cannot move, change or delete operating or operated ports.
Click "Pre. Step" first and change the step back.

Port Local: Current local time in port
 PC Time: Your computer time set as your local time
