New (S)ECA options

Dear Netpas users,

Thanks for using Netpas service.

In accordance with increase of (S)ECA from IMO and each government, it is compulsory for vessels to use low sulfur bunker(LS bunker) in the regulated area. Netpas basically updates for both (S)ECA of IMO and each government's regulation whenever they announce quickly.

Sometimes users need to burn LS bunker even vessel is not in (S)ECA. For that reason, we added new function of (S)ECA such like users to have option for selecting LS bunker at any port and route manually.
