Satellite Polling Report Manual

If you want to check the exact location and speed of your vessels, why don’t you try Netpas Satellite Polling Service? This service shows your vessels locations provided from Inmarsat C device in your vessels 1~12 times daily on Netpas map. So it is more accurate and frank information than captain report. Also, it provide other convenient information such like ETA , estimated current location, left distance, left time many other information.

1. Create a Voyage in Netpas Distance.
2. Click “Polling Service” to move “Polling Order” web page at “Create New Voyage” window
3. Select vessels you want to poll.
4. Input needed Inmarsat C information (Callsign, Inmarsat C number, serial number, manufacturer name, Model, current location of ocean)
5. Choose start time, daily times and terms to be served.
6. Next for payment (Bank Remittance or Credit Card)

1. 99 cents / 1 polling
2. Minimum 30 days.

1. User just can select start time and daily times.
2. In seldom case, Inmarsat C device, Satellite or Stratus server (Satellite service provider) cannot send polling data because of unknown technical problem or weather condition. This case will not be counted and you can use the uncounted validities at the next time. Our company does not have any responsibility of this error.

Noon report will be added on a Voyage which has same call sign. You should re-run Netpas Distance or refresh with choosing Update voyage (F5) for the latest information.

If you set “auto update” on options, it will be refreshed cyclically.

Polling Report will be marked with a red point on the voyage. You can check name and email of the person who posted. Also you can check all contents in Remark.
