How To Use
1. Expose your Cargo Offer & Open Tonnage
- - Just add offer@netpas.net in your mailing list.
- Cargo offer - Netpas analyzes your mails and builds database with cargo name & quantity/ loading & discharging port/ laycan.
- Open tonnage - Netpas analyzes your mails and builds database with DWT, Open Date and Open area.
- - Netpas posts your analyzed data to the bulletin with your name and contact information.
- - Someone interested in your offer will contact you.
- - If you want, you can post your cargo and tonnage offer manually in the bulletin, either.
2. Search loadable Cargo Offer and workable Open Tonnage
- - Go to Cargo Offer list or Open Tonnage list
- - Search Open Tonnage with DWT, Open Area in case of Open Tonnage
- - Search loadable cargo with cargo name & quantity/ loading & discharging port/ laycan in case of Cargo Offer

- - Search examples for Open Tonnage
i. DWT 20000~30000: Netpas will show all tonnage offers between DWT 20000~30000
ii. 1st May 2011 ~ 15th May 2011: Netpas will show all tonnage offers between 1st May 2011 ~ 15th May 2011
iii. Mediterranean Sea : Netpas will show all tonnage offers in Mediterranean ports.
  - - Search examples for Cargo Offer
i. Quantity 4000-5000mt : Netpas will show you all cargo offers between 4000-5000mts
ii. Laycan 1st May 2011 ~ 15th May 2011: Netpas will show all cargo offers between 1st May 2011 ~ 15th May 2011
iii. Loading port : Singapore Discharging port : Rotterdam : Netpas will show all cargo offers between Singapore and Rotterdam.
  - - Find results and contact person in charge.

If you don’t find proper cargo & tonnage offer, just register your information in matching list.
Netpas will inform you if a user sends the offer letter matched to what you’re looking for.
Netpas will guarantee user’s security from spam mail, by adopting form mail which avoids direct exposure of user’s email address.
3. Matching
- You can set the search range with DWT, Open Date and Open area or cargo name & quantity, loading & discharging port, laycan.
Netpas Cargo & Tonnage Offer will show you only matched information in "Matching" menu
4. My Posting
- You can manage your offer letters and cards after verified your email in My Posting menu.
